Withdrawals are sent back to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method; most mobile wallet withdrawals are completed quickly.

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and may differ by payment method. Check the cashier for the current PKR limits applicable to your chosen method before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals are typically processed promptly, but bank transfers can occasionally take longer depending on your bank. If your withdrawal has exceeded the expected processing time shown at the time of your request, check the Transaction History in your account for a status update. If it shows as processed on the platform but has not arrived, contact the support team with the transaction ID for investigation.
